HTW Diamond Wireline Drill Rod
PEERCHEER offers HTW diamond wireline drill rod for use with HTW core barrel and get biggest core size per comparable system size. HTW drill rod is ideal for competent ground formations combined with high rotation speed, low feed force drills for improved rate of production. HTW drill rod is available for application in standard DCDMA H size hole.
HTW drill rod features:

-High quality alloy steel tubes
-Consistent concentricity, straightness and heat treatment
THREAD
-Tapered and course threads provides easy make and break
-HTW thread provides sufficient strength
CASE HARDENDING
-HTW drill rod has case hardened thread.
-HTW drill rod pin thread crest is hardened to nominal HRC 55 to eliminate damaging adhesion wear
-Eliminates the transfer of wear material back and forth which is what happens
between threads of equal hardness, leading to large scale galling and joint seizing.
