BTW Diamond Wireline Drill Rod
PEERCHEER offers BTW thin wall wireline drill rod for use with BTW core barrel and get biggest core size per comparable system size. BTW drill rod is ideal for competent ground formations combined with high rotation speed, low feed force drills for improved rate of production. BTW drill rod is available for application in standard DCDMA B size hole.

THREAD
-Tapered and course threads provides easy make and break
-BTW thread provides sufficient strength
CASE HARDENDING
-BTW drill rod has case hardened thread.
-BTW drill rod pin thread crest is hardened to nominal HRC 55 to eliminate damaging adhesion wear
-Eliminates the transfer of wear material back and forth which is what happens
between threads of equal hardness, leading to large scale galling and joint seizing.
